Materials chosen for your head and comfort, with up to 14 adjustable sections
The upper and lower units are each divided into seven compartments, allowing fine height adjustment. Based on the height measured by our sleep counselor, materials are packed into up to 14 compartments. We then fit the pillow to your sleeping posture and neck length, setting the height in fine detail.

Since your natural standing posture is the ideal sleeping posture, we measure the height of the back of your head and the curve of your neck while you stand.

Trial rest and adjustment
You lie down with your measurements and chosen materials in place. Paired with a mattress close to the one you have at home, we adjust the height at up to 14 points.
