The blanket is given the "nishikawa Down Conditioning" finish, a carefully considered treatment that takes the environment into account.
Down residue produced at nishikawa's down factory, which used to be discarded, is broken down and processed into a softening agent.
Using the protein in down (keratin) as its raw material, it brings out a softer texture in the blanket.
